The former royal capital transforms into a vibrant cultural stage for six weeks each summer. The festival features folklore exhibitions, concerts, theater plays, opera, book promotions, fine art exhibitions, literary readings, and traditional sport tournaments in the surrounding villages.
Set among the elegant embassies and royal palaces of this historic town at the foot of Mount Lovcen, the festival celebrates Montenegrin identity and artistic expression.
