Annual olive harvest festival held amidst the atmospheric ruins of the ancient Old Town of Bar. The region around Bar is home to over 100,000 olive trees, including the 2,000-year-old "Stara Maslina" — one of the oldest olive trees in Europe.
Visitors taste and purchase varieties of olives, fresh cold-pressed olive oil, local cheese, wine, prosciutto, and traditional pastries. The festival features folk costume exhibitions, cultural programs, live traditional music, and olive oil pressing demonstrations.
