Sea Dance Festival is Montenegro's flagship beach music festival and a member of the EXIT festival family since 2014. After editions at Jaz Beach (2014–2017) and Buljarica (2018–2022), and a 2023 move to Croatia, it returns to Montenegro in 2026 following a three-year break — this time with a new home on Bečići Beach, just south of Budva.
The 2026 edition is headlined by Charlotte de Witte, Peggy Gou, Hugel and Enrico Sangiuliano, while John Newman presents his new live show. The main programme runs over four nights on the sand, preceded by warm-up events along the beach from 24 to 27 August.
Sea Dance has real pedigree: it was named Best Medium-Sized European Festival at the 2015 European Festivals Awards, and at its peak in 2015 drew around 110,000 visitors. Its defining image has not changed — dancing barefoot on the sand with the Adriatic a few steps from the stage, in one of the last big beach parties of the Mediterranean summer.
The main festival takes place 28–31 August 2026 on Bečići Beach. Entry is free with advance registration through the official website, seadancefestival.me.
