Zeta Fest

Zeta Fest arrived in 2025 as the young municipality of Zeta's statement event: five consecutive nights of free rock and pop concerts on Trg Anovi in Golubovci, from 11 to 15 October, announced as an annual affair by the Municipality and the Tourist Organisation of Zeta.

The 2025 debut line-up read like a jukebox of the region's greatest hits — Bajaga i instruktori, Riblja Čorba, Crvena jabuka, Regina and Aerodrom, a different legendary act each night. For the young municipality, staging five free nights of household-name bands was a loud way to put Golubovci on the events map; each new edition's bill is announced ahead of October.

Golubovci sits on the flat Zeta plain south of Podgorica, and Trg Anovi, its central square, makes a natural open-air arena: level ground, easy to reach, with room for a crowd to spread out in front of the stage and for the evening to spill into the surrounding streets.

If the first edition is any guide, the square fills each evening with multi-generational crowds drawn by music everyone from teenagers to grandparents knows by heart, and October's mild lowland evenings around Golubovci suit an open-air stage well, before the winter season sets in.

The pleasure of the format is its simplicity: come every night or pick the single act you love, sing along with strangers, and walk off the square when the encore ends. For visitors based in Podgorica, the short hop to Golubovci turns the festival into an easy evening excursion, repeatable night after night for as long as the line-up holds your interest.

Zeta Fest is held annually in October on Trg Anovi in Golubovci; the coming edition runs from 10 to 14 October. All concerts are free, no tickets required: arrive early on the biggest nights for a spot near the stage.
