Katun Potrk, Sinjajevina

Three generations of the Bojić family keep about twenty cows and make Kolašin leaf cheese and kajmak. In July and August they move up to their katun on the Sinjajevina plateau, where guests eat kačamak, cicvara, lamb under the sač, pies and proja with homemade juices, rakija and honey, and can cook alongside the family.
