What you can expect from us and what we expect from you as a host.
How it works
- You create listings in the host panel and publish them once they are complete and accurate.
- Guests send booking requests or inquiries; you confirm or decline each request.
- The guest pays you on site. You issue the fiscal receipt.
Fees

- Guests see a platform service fee of 5% in the price breakdown.
- No listing fees and no paid ranking.
Your obligations
- Hold the licence / categorisation decision required for your type of service and keep your data accurate.
- Register guests within the legal deadline and collect and pay tourist tax to the municipality.
- Keep prices and availability up to date and honour confirmed bookings.
- Do not ask guests to cancel on the platform and book outside it.
