Reviews Policy
Reviews help travellers decide — so they must be genuine. This page explains how we ensure that reviews come from real guests (EU Omnibus Directive 2019/2161).
This page is a working draft that has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer. Highlighted values in brackets are still missing and will be completed by the operator. If anything is unclear, contact us before you book.
Who can write a review
Only a guest whose booking made through the platform has been completed can review that listing. Each review is linked to that booking. We do not accept reviews from people who have not stayed or used the service, and we never write or buy reviews.
Moderation
New reviews are checked by our team before they are published. We publish positive and negative reviews alike. We may refuse or remove a review only if it:
- contains offensive, discriminatory or unlawful content;
- includes personal data of others (phone numbers, addresses);
- is not about the stay or service, or is advertising;
- is the result of a conflict of interest (for example written by the host or a competitor).
Host responses
Hosts can publish one public response to each review. Hosts cannot edit or delete reviews, and cannot offer rewards for reviews.
Ratings
A listing's rating is the average of the published reviews for that listing. Where a listing has no reviews yet, we show no rating instead of an estimated one.
