How we rank results
We want you to understand why you see listings in a particular order. This page describes the main ranking parameters, as required by EU consumer and platform-to-business rules.
This page is a working draft that has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer. Highlighted values in brackets are still missing and will be completed by the operator. If anything is unclear, contact us before you book.
1. Your search and filters
We first show only listings that are active and that match what you searched for: category, city, number of guests, price range and other filters (for example vehicle class, transmission or property type).
2. Default order ("Recommended")
- Listings that our team has marked as featured are shown first. We choose them editorially for completeness of information (photos, description, price) and relevance for travellers.
- The other listings follow, newest listings first.
3. No paid ranking
At the moment hosts cannot pay for a better position, and the commission a host pays does not affect ranking. If we ever introduce paid placement, such listings will be clearly labelled as "Sponsored" and this page will be updated.
4. Sorting you choose
You can change the order at any time, for example to sort by lowest or highest price. Prices are compared on the host's base price per unit (night, day, person or trip).
5. Reviews
Reviews do not currently influence ranking. We will update this page if that changes.
