About

A private 3-hour speedboat tour just for your group, with a licensed local captain, leaving from Park Slobode pier next to Kotor Old Town.

We cross the bay past Perast and its two island churches, run through the narrow Verige strait and head out to the open Adriatic, passing the old submarine tunnels and Mamula Island on the way to the Blue Cave (Plava Spilja) on the Lustica peninsula, about 45-60 minutes from Kotor.

At the Blue Cave you get around 30 minutes to swim in the turquoise water. By Montenegrin law boats may no longer enter or stop inside the cave, so the captain anchors at the closest permitted point and you swim in from there. Swimming always depends on the sea conditions of the day. The light inside is strongest in the morning, so the 09:00 departure is the best choice for photos.

On the way back we stop at Our Lady of the Rocks, the man-made island in front of Perast, before returning to Kotor.

Included: private speedboat and captain, fuel, Blue Cave swim stop, Our Lady of the Rocks stop, photo stops at Mamula, the submarine tunnels and Perast. Not included: Our Lady island entry fee (paid on the island), drinks and food. Prosecco on board can be added on request.

Price: up to 6 guests are included in the base price; larger groups of 7-10 guests pay a small supplement per extra person.

Good to know: there is no toilet on board (boats of this class are not permitted to carry one). For safety we cannot accept pregnant guests or guests with a back problem, as the speedboat can jump hard over the wake of other boats. Bring swimwear, a towel and sun protection.
