Mijaković Rural Homestead

The Mijaković Rural Homestead is located in the village of the same name, on the road between Žabljak and Pljevlja, 18 km from the Tara canyon. Surrounded by nature, peace and privacy are guaranteed.

The main activity of the homestead is agriculture, and during the season guests can join the hosts in many garden tasks. The hosts offer a traditional Montenegrin breakfast, as an experience that connects food with nature, customs and culture.

The hosts are especially proud of their homemade rakija, made according to a family recipe several generations old. Along with it, guests can enjoy fresh produce from the greenhouse – from juicy tomatoes and cucumbers to sweet strawberries and raspberries – and a rich table of homemade specialties made from fresh ingredients.

During your stay in Mijakovići, you can also plan a visit to Durmitor National Park, the cultural and historical landmarks of Pljevlja, rafting or kayaking on the Tara.
