Rural household “Medna dolina”

The rural household “Medna dolina” is located within Biogradska Gora National Park, 22 km from Berane. In addition to cabin accommodation, this katun also offers a camping area. As the name suggests, the main activity is beekeeping, and the hosts are also engaged in livestock farming and agriculture.

They produce honey and other bee products, as well as rakija, juices, dairy products, and jams. Guests are welcome to help and learn any task on the property, the preparation of traditional dishes, and the gathering of forest fruits.

The location is truly attractive: the household is on the spacious Šiška katun, in the immediate vicinity of three lakes – Veliko and Malo Šiško and Ursulovačko. Walks in nature, cycling, picnics, and picking mountain flowers and herbs are just some of the activities during your stay.
