Rural household "Suri"

Rural household "Suri" is located in the village of Brljevo, above which rise the mountains Maglić and Bioč with peaks over 2,000 m. To the east and south lies the canyon of Piva Lake, and around the village stretches dense beech and coniferous forest.

In the household there is a traditional Piva house from 1920, renovated and modernly equipped. Under an old maple tree, a kind of dining area has been arranged where traditional dishes of this region are served: most often fresh trout from Piva Lake, Piva prosciutto, pies, priganice, cicvara, homemade kajmak, cheese and potatoes, as well as other specialties, with a large selection of homemade brandies exclusively from this area.

By arrangement with the hosts, it is possible to organize jeep safari tours around the Durmitor ring, a visit to the Piva Monastery and the Zagrađe Monastery, or rent ATVs for exploring mountain roads.

Included: internet, guest transfer, and food and drink on site. The household operates in the summer season. Activities in the surroundings: cycling, kayaking and rafting, fishing, and hiking and mountaineering.
