Rural household "Zavičaj"

The rural household "Zavičaj" of the Šekularac family is located near Berane, at the foot of Bjelasica. The area abounds in natural beauty, with the glacial lakes Šiško and Ursulovačko standing out in particular. A gravel road leading to Bjelasica passes right by the property.

In addition to the house for tourist accommodation, the household has an orchard with various types of plums, pears, cherries and sour cherries, from which homemade juices and jams are made, as well as a garden with organic vegetables. However, the main activity and tradition of the hosts is beekeeping, i.e. the production of honey and other bee products.

Depending on the season and weather conditions, you can actively relax here in various ways – mowing meadows, milking cows, making cheese, distilling brandy, picking fruit, collecting medicinal and aromatic herbs, making souvenirs and the like.

On offer: internet, TV, transfer for guests and food and drink on site. The household operates in the summer season. Activities in the surroundings: cycling, horse riding, hiking and mountaineering, and skiing.
