Tara Place – Camp Rabrenović

Tara Place – Camp Rabrenović is located about four kilometers from Mojkovac, at 820 meters above sea level. The Rabrenović family, who live and work here, opened the campsite in 2018 on a property of about 40,000 m², between Bjelasica, Sinjajevina and Prošćenjske mountains. The Tara River is approximately 800 meters away, and Bistrica flows just a few meters from the property.

Pitches are spacious, in a rural setting with views of the surrounding mountains. Electricity and water hookups, sanitary facilities with showers and free Wi-Fi throughout the property are available. In addition to spaces for campers and tents, there are small wooden cabins built by the hosts themselves, as well as other accommodation units. After an active day, guests can use the sauna and jacuzzi.

The restaurant relies on homemade and local products: cheeses, meat specialties, trout, stuffed peppers, salads and freshly baked homemade bread, and vegetarian options are available on request. There is also rakija and other homemade drinks. Children can play football and volleyball on the large property, and there is also a play area with toys.

Biogradska Gora is about 13 kilometers away, Durmitor about 18, the Tara Canyon approximately 20, and Zabojsko Lake about 30 kilometers. The Ckara mountain hut is about six, and the Gušterov do viewpoint about seven kilometers away. Hiking and cycling tours are planned from the campsite, bicycles are available in the complex, and in winter skiing and snowshoeing are possible. The hosts also help organize rafting, canyoning, speleology, paragliding and quad, jeep and motorcycle rides.

The bus station is about five, and the railway station about six kilometers away; the hosts can arrange pickup and transport from the station, as well as transfer from Podgorica Airport, located just over 90 kilometers away.

Activities in the area: cycling, horseback riding, mountain trails, fishing and boat rides.
