Mornings belong to the youngest: a children's programme starts at 10:00, and exhibitions round out the festival — in 2025, a show of Slovak illustrators presented under the UNESCO/IBBY banner. The result is a festival with a genuinely full day, from kids' events in the morning sunshine to grown-up comedy late in the evening.
June evenings in Cetinje are made for an open-air stage: the mountain air cools after sunset, and the Ljetnja pozornica gives the festival a relaxed amphitheatre atmosphere a short walk from the town's museums and palaces. Ten days of nightly shows turn the quiet capital into a small performing-arts hub, and the stroll home through the old streets of low stone houses after a show is part of the experience.
