Auto Camp Đule

Auto Camp Đule is a small campsite in Kostanjica, in the municipality of Kotor, between Herceg Novi and Kotor. It is located right by the sea in the Bay of Kotor, and the pitches descend almost to the water's edge, so some campers stand just a few metres from the water, with open views towards Risan, the bay and the peaks of Lovćen.

Mediterranean greenery grows around the campsite – figs, cherries and olives – and above it stretches a forest of chestnut and laurel. In some parts the trees provide natural shade, which means a lot in summer. Guests of the campsite have access to a private pebble beach, just a few steps from the pitches by the sea. The sea in this part of the bay is somewhat cooler due to numerous underwater springs, and a small natural spring also flows into the sea along the shore.

Electricity hook-ups, drinking water, Wi-Fi, separate toilets and hot showers, a dishwashing area and a washing machine are available. It is possible to refill water and empty chemical toilets. The sanitary facilities are simple but kept clean. The campsite is under video surveillance, pets are welcome, and according to current information it is open all year round.

Although it is next to the main road, the main part of the campsite faces the sea. The campsite is relatively small and in high demand in the main season, so early booking is recommended for pitches right by the water. The hosts help with parking, choosing a pitch and setting up stabilisers, and are happy to give tips for exploring the surroundings.

From Kostanjica it is easy to visit Risan, Perast, Kotor, Tivat and Herceg Novi. The local bus stop on the route between Herceg Novi and Kotor is a few minutes' walk away, and Kotor can also be reached by bicycle, via the ferry and the old coastal road. The campsite does not have its own restaurant, but there are several places to eat nearby, while a supermarket and post office are a short walk away.
