Autocamp Ivan Do

Autocamp Ivan Do is located about two kilometers from the center of Žabljak, among the mountain landscapes of Durmitor National Park, at approximately 1,500 m above sea level. The camp offers an open view towards the peaks of Durmitor, and Black Lake and the entrance to the National Park are just a few minutes' walk away. Ivan Do is one of the first camps on Durmitor, with a long camping tradition, and today it operates under new management.

The area is intended for campers, caravans and tents, and accommodation in rooms is also possible. The camping zone is spacious and arranged on several levels, so guests choose a spot according to availability. Water, electricity hook-ups, toilets, hot showers, a dishwashing area and Wi-Fi are available, as well as chemical toilet and grey water disposal. There is also a washing machine and dryer, a shared kitchen and a covered area with a large table, useful when the weather on Durmitor does not allow staying outside. Sanitary facilities are simple but regularly maintained.

The camp is a practical base for hikers: numerous trails start right from the surroundings, including routes towards Bobotov Kuk and Crvena Greda. The area is also suitable for mountain biking, and the hosts help with information and organizing activities such as rafting on the Tara, visiting the Nevidio Canyon and touring the Durmitor Ring.

The center of Žabljak with shops and restaurants is within walking distance, yet the camp remains secluded from the town bustle. Pets are welcome, with respect for the rules of the protected area of the National Park. The hosts speak several languages, including English, Spanish and French, and are happy to advise guests about trails and excursions.
