About

Our most popular route as a shared tour: a 3-hour speedboat trip in a small group, with a licensed local captain, leaving from Park Slobode pier next to Kotor Old Town.

We start with a stop at Our Lady of the Rocks, the man-made island in front of Perast. Then we head through the Verige strait to the open Adriatic, passing the old submarine tunnels and Mamula Island on the way to the Blue Cave (Plava Spilja) on the Lustica peninsula.

At the Blue Cave you get around 30 minutes to swim in the turquoise water. By Montenegrin law boats may no longer enter or stop inside the cave, so the captain anchors at the closest permitted point and you swim in from there. Swimming always depends on the sea conditions of the day. On the way back we pass Perast before returning to Kotor.

Departures at 09:00, 12:00 and 15:00 – the morning departure has the best light inside the cave. Small groups only.

Included: shared speedboat tour with captain, fuel, life jackets, Blue Cave swim stop. Not included: Our Lady island entry (adults €5, ages 7-14 €2.50, under 7 free – paid in cash on the island), drinks and food.

Children aged 2-10 pay the child price. For safety, infants under 2 are not accepted on group tours.

Good to know: there is no toilet on board (boats of this class are not permitted to carry one). For safety we cannot accept pregnant guests or guests with a back problem, as the speedboat can jump hard over the wake of other boats. Towels are not provided on group tours – bring your own.
