Hidden Gems of Kotor Bay – 6h Private Speedboat Day Tour

The whole Bay of Kotor at a relaxed pace – a private 6-hour speedboat tour just for your group, with a licensed local captain, leaving from Park Slobode pier next to Kotor Old Town.

We start in the inner bay with Our Lady of the Rocks, the man-made island in front of Perast, and time ashore in the baroque town of Perast. Then we stop at a floating oyster farm in the middle of the bay, where mussels and oysters are harvested fresh.

From there we pass through the Verige strait and head for the open Adriatic: the old submarine tunnels, Mamula Island and its fortress, and the Luštica coast. You get to swim at the Blue Cave and at the lesser-known Open Cave, and finish with a swim in the clear water by Arza Fortress before returning to Kotor.

By Montenegrin law boats may no longer enter or stop inside the Blue Cave, so the captain anchors at the closest permitted point and you swim in from there. Swimming always depends on the sea conditions of the day.

Included: private speedboat and captain, fuel, all stops and swim stops listed above. Not included: Our Lady island entry fee (paid on the island), food and drinks. Prosecco on board can be added on request.

Price: up to 6 guests are included in the base price; larger groups of 7-10 guests pay a supplement per extra person.

Good to know: there is no toilet on board (boats of this class are not permitted to carry one); the captain can make a short comfort stop ashore, for example in Perast. For safety we cannot accept pregnant guests or guests with a back problem, as the speedboat can jump hard over the wake of other boats. Bring swimwear, a towel and sun protection.
