About

Auto Camp Vranjina is located in the village of Vranjina in the municipality of Zeta, a few kilometers from Podgorica, on the bank of the Morača River, near the place where it flows into Lake Skadar. Surrounded by forest and greenery, with birdsong, this is a place where time flows more slowly.

The camp offers spacious pitches for different preferences – in deep shade, with partial shade or fully in the sun. It is tidy and immaculately clean, so guests feel at home here, yet far from everyday life.

The camp's greatest advantage is the water. On site you can rent a kayak or boat and set off to sail the Morača and Lake Skadar, and the camp staff will gladly help with advice and directions. Along the Morača bank runs a promenade with benches, and a small bar on the shore is ideal for coffee or a cold drink at dusk.

Lake Skadar, the largest in the Balkans, is a true paradise for birds – more than 280 species have been recorded, including pelicans, cormorants, herons and storks, most of them migratory. The lake has been a national park since 1983, an important ornithological area (IBA) and part of the Ramsar list of wetlands of international importance.

Near the camp, about 6.5 km away, is the medieval fortress of Žabljak Crnojevića, and on an island in the lake hides the Moračnik monastery. The sounds of the river, the flight of birds and the beauty of the lake make a stay here a special experience.

Activities in the area: cycling, horse riding, fishing and boat trips.
