The trail passes near several mountain peaks: Kršnjata glava (1688 m a.s.l.), Pogana glava (1828 m a.s.l.), Tureća glava (1850 m a.s.l.), Strugovi (1645 m a.s.l.), Bijeli kamen (1707 m a.s.l.), Meka (1641 m a.s.l.) and Čukare (1586 m a.s.l.). Along the route there are viewpoints and several water fountains and springs with drinking water, including Miolj izvor and Idžov izvor.

Due to the length, altitude and ascent, the route is intended for physically fit cyclists. The predominantly asphalt surface suits long-distance touring bikes, with caution advised on gravel sections. The start and end are not at the same location, so transportation needs to be planned in advance.

Pešića jezero is closest to the start of the trail (approximately 6.7 km). Berane, Šiško jezero and Andrijevica are also near the route (within 10 km).
