Fine sand, calm waters without strong waves, and an authentic shallow area make it particularly suitable for children. On the beach, visitors can rent water sports equipment, enjoy designated zones with sun loungers and umbrellas, use showers, and find children's playgrounds. In the immediate vicinity are some of the most luxurious hotels on the Montenegrin coast.
A beautiful coastal promenade directly connects Bečići with the centre of Budva over approximately 2 km. The route is flat, shaded, and ideal for a morning or evening stroll with views of the Adriatic Sea. The walk from Bečići to the Old Town of Budva takes 20–30 minutes, giving visitors staying in Bečići easy access to all the riviera's amenities without needing a car. Along the promenade there are restaurants, cafés, and benches with sea views.
Bečići has developed into one of the largest hotel resorts on the Adriatic coast of Montenegro, with a range of properties including five-star hotels, conference facilities, and wellness centres. A small Serbian Orthodox church is located right next to the beach in Bečići. The original 14th-century church was dedicated to Saint Thomas, while the current building was erected in 1910 and dedicated to Saint Stefan Štiljanović, whose relics are kept inside. Local worshippers and tourists visit it especially on 17 and 19 October, when Stefan's Day and Thomas Day are commemorated. The church offers an interesting contrast to the tourist atmosphere of the beach and is a testament to the coastal history of the area.
